To Start Service at a Location

To open a utility services account, you can complete an Application for Service below or click here and a member of staff will email you the form.

 
The identity of the account holder must be verified for all accounts. You will be required to provide the following for proof of identity and/or proof of residence before the account can be established. 

• Valid government issued identification
• Social Security Card or proof of social security number 
• Lease/rental agreement or proof of ownership
• Deposit - $125.00 for non-owners
• Service Initiation Fee - $25.00

Businesses may be required to provide a W-9 Taxpayer Identification Number form. It is recommended to complete the zoning process prior to establishing utility services.

New service connections are only performed on weekdays during normal business hours.
