Becoming a Vendor at the Expo is a great chance to expose your business to locals and visitors and spread the word about what services or products you offer. We would love to highlight vendors that include activities such as hiking, biking, kayaking, rock climbing, disc golf, camping, and other recreational activities, as well as vendors like food and beverage, non-profits, and lodging experiences. 

 

2024 Vendor Applications

Please note each line is a different link. We need to ensure we have coverage for the entire Expo Downtown as well as coverage at the Concert Saturday night.

Downtown ONLY (Friday, Saturday & Sunday)

Hours of Operation Downtown

APRIL 12 Friday 4-10pm

APRIL 13 Saturday 9am-5pm

APRIL 14 Sunday 10am-4pm

Beer/Wine $250

Food (This will include non-alcoholic beverage vendors) $250

Outdoor Recreation /Artisian Vendor Application $ 150 

 

Saturday Concert ONLY

Beer $500 | Wine $250

Food (This will include non-alcoholic beverage vendors) $ 250

Gates will open at 4pm at the ACC

 

Downtown & Saturday Concert Combo 

Beer $750 | Wine $450
